Happy Anniversary to the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge
It was hard keeping it a secret about some of my paintings being in an upcoming show, but I was able to keep my mouth shut. After entering a few of my paintings in a juried exhibition at the Pump House I found out a month later that my submissions were accepted. This means the three paintings I was excited about sharing could not be on display prior to the event. Friend and fellow Drawn Together artist Jeanne Arenz has the most amazing show as well in the Kader Room, called Wanderings, you're sure to love it.
Here are the three paintings of mine that are on display as part of a group exhibition with artwork inspired by the Mississippi River, kicking off a year long celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Upper Mississippi National Wildlife and Fish Refuge.
