I will also be making some Olive Oil Cake, a recipe from Pamela Sheldon Johns cookbook. A favorite of mine while learning to cook at Poggio Etrusco in Tuscany. I'll have the recipe to share, pick up when you stop by my reception on Sunday, October 26 from 1-4.
